DIAGNOSTIC CENTER PROJECT
At CI Foundation, we are dedicated to stepping up our efforts in addressing Medical Diagnostic issues.
Taking the Ebola epidemic in West Africa. The first death is thought to have occurred in December 2013 but Ebola was not recognized until March 2014. The outbreak highlighted the need for diagnostics at multiple tiers in the health system.
The Diagnostic Center will be equipped with a CT scanner, MRI, X-ray room, ultrasound, mammography machine, possible Stress Testing (Future Service) and other Rapid lab tests.
Setting up this Diagnostic Center by no means an easy feat, but through cooperation and community empowerment we believe we can facilitate progress in this area. We are always striving to make a difference, and invite you to learn more and lend your support.
PATIENT EDUCATION
We are changing the way we treat patients.
With our organization’s mission always in mind, we strive to find new strategies. Patient Education Program is something that we take very seriously, and our team is working each and every day to make a positive impact. Our goal is to educate our patients as well as treat them. Therefore, we will provide some teaching sessions for our patients. In the future, after each procedure, each patient will be offered education in rehabilitation, nutrition and exercise as it relates to each case.
